Return Policy

In an effort to reduce expensive and time-consuming returns, Redneck Rough N’ Tuff asks customers to please check all sizing carefully and recommends asking questions about sizing and fit uncertainties prior to making a purchase.

In an effort to assist the customer in being pleased with their purchase, Redneck Rough N’ Tuff offers the following return policy:



Returns are accepted for store credit or an exchange less shipping costs. All sale items and custom items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All returns must be sent back shipping cost pre-paid and arrive back to Redneck Rough N’ Tuff within 14 days of initially receiving the product. Returned product must be in NEW condition. Items should be unworn, undamaged and free of marks, perfumes, deodorant, animal hair, in original packaging, and original tag(s) attached.



 To initiate a return, you must contact Redneck Rough N’ Tuff with rationale before shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once item(s) is/are received, your store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days. In the case of an exchange, the exchange will be processed within 10 business days. 


 Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and it is recommended to keep tracking number for return shipment. Redneck Rough N’ Tuff is not responsible for any lost returns.



 If the attempted return does not meet the above criteria, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost.

Redneck Rough N’ Tuff is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.



Sale items and customs are final sale and cannot be returned.



If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact Redneck Rough N’ Tuff within 3 business days for further assistance.


All shipping charges are non-refundable.
